With the long term increasing global demand in base metal commodities and energy resources, Mono Resources Ltd will seek to maximize the growth of the company by strategically investing in world class resources projects. The company may also from time to time acquire investments on a smaller scale with a view to profiting from short term opportunities.
While making its investment decisions, the company takes a medium to long-term view. The company focuses on determining the overall growth value of a project and will seek to develop a program of activities to further enhance the viability of potential opportunities. Upon successfully identifying a project with attractive investment fundamentals and good growth potential, the company will seek to invest by way of outright purchase, joint venture or equity participation.
We will aim to maximize the growth potential of the company by investing into suitable projects and bring them to mining in the shortest possible time. The company will seek to deliver the resources available to it to the market through suitable sales agreements.
Our key strategic relationship is with BAAO Mining Australia (www.baaomining.com). BAAO Mining Australia has a base in Tanjin, China and supplies raw materials such as iron ore to major steel mills. The strength of this relationship represents a significant assurance to the company that upon securing a relevant project that it will proceed to be well supported in the Chinese market through the support of BAAO and its controlling entities.
BAAO operates at the highest level in China and will also seek to support Mono Resources at the time when the company has secured a suitable project and conducted the required due diligence. The resource opportunity plan will likely be to package projects to the Chinese market in an acceptable way for further significant investment.
Both BAAO and the directors of Mono Resources have significant experience in Australia and China and will be instrumental in supporting the operations of Mono Resources both now and into the future.
